We want you to be completely satisfied with your DeskZen purchase. If you're not, here's how we make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To start, email support@deskzen.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Conditions
Products must be:
- In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Free from damage caused by the customer (normal wear accepted)
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
Exceptions
Products damaged by misuse, improper care, or accidents are not eligible for refund. If a product arrives damaged, contact us immediately with a photo — we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only, not exchanges. For a different size or variant, place a new order and return the original for a refund.
