By purchasing from DeskZen, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal via Stripe checkout. Payment is collected at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud.

2. Shipping

Standard shipping is free for all US orders. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. We ship from US warehouses. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary.

3. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you're not satisfied, contact support@deskzen.com with your order number, and we'll provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. See our Return Policy for full details.

4. Product Information

We strive for accurate product descriptions and images. However, slight variations in color, material, or dimensions may occur. We do not guarantee that product information is error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

DeskZen's liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, design — is property of DeskZen and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in US courts.
